Woman rescues fluffy void kitten in distress and sets him up with a place to sleep, but he mischievously climbs into her bed to cuddle with his new mom: 'Now I am his human'

If you're cold, they're cold. We've all heard that purrfectly classic saying, which is talking about animals being left out in the cold weather. Sure, they may have more fur than we do, but they still get cold and shouldn't be left outside unsupervised. This is especially true for tiny puppies and kittens! So if you happen to hear some meowing underneath your window in the near future, as painful as it may be, get out of your warm bed and go check it out. You may just save a kitten and give it a second chance at life. 

This tiny black void baby was rescued by a woman who heard its cries of distress from outside. She took the fluffy furball in and, seeing that it was cold and tired, set it up with a bed and a nice place to sleep, hoping to take it to the vet in the morning. But when she woke up, the mischievous kitten was no longer in his bed, but hers! He crawled through the night to cuddle with his new mom, aww-ficially sealing the deal and making this home his furrever one.

Kittens have a way of doing that, huh? They're purractically irresistible. It's a good thing, too, because they cause so much trouble! We're sure he'll grow up to be full of joy, chaos, and love, but you can see that for yourself below!

    . ebkesq ⚫ 18h ago · Edited 18h ago Make sure you get him checked out at a vet, especially his eyes as it looks like he might have an infection. Make sure he doesn't have ringworm which can be transmitted to humans. Although you would probably know.

    already if he has ringworm because you can see the lesions (and him scratching them). Also digestive parasites (tapeworm, hookworm, etc.), toxoplasmosis, fleas, and ticks-and although rare, rabies. Make sure he gets vaccinated.

  • We all just need a little cuddle sometimes, and this kitten is no exception. After being outside, lost, and alone, for so long, we're not surprised at all. In fact, we wouldn't be surprised if he became a velcro cat and wanted to be purrmanently attached to his hooman mom!

  • This is so true! Kittens have the ameowzing ability to achieve things you never thought pawssible. Like getting on top of the fridge, not sleeping a single night for over a week, and tearing up every piece of furniture in the five seconds you turned away from them. We don't know how they do it, but they do.

I would move her she would get back up there we did this five or six times every night until I gave up. Now I am her human

    . g_spaitz 23h ago You've been chosen. This is the way. Clean those eyes carefully with boracic water and a cotton ball, ime it solves the vast majority of those little problems they get to the eyes. But little void also needs a trip to the vet.
